(Indulge) 1-2 meals per week.  Really.  Eat all of the shitty food you can stuff in your face.  You’ll get so sick that you’ll remember why you want to eat better.   Better to Indulge in 1 or 2 meals (not days) than binge for a week.

Rest 2 Minutes

:20 Mountain Climbers
:10 Rest
*Repeat 8 rounds

Total Workout Time:  20 minutes.  I guarantee when you push yourself in this
workout that 20 minutes will feel like 60 minutes.  More results in less time.  That’s what I’m all about.
