Week 4 Benchmark Challenge – To be completed either Saturday or Sunday.
Bodyweight Training 300 workout (300 total repetitions)
25 Pushups
50 Mountain Climbers (25 per leg)
25 V-Ups
50 Alternating Lunges (25 per leg)
25 Burpees (no pushup / no jump)
50 Cross Body Mountain Climbers
25 Dips (off box / chair / stairs)
50 Squats (Ass must touch 2nd Step) / Knees must lock out
*You must complete ALL repetitions of an exercise BEFORE moving onto the next exercise

OK, well, maybe after the TSC.
14 Min. 38 sec.
300 chng 13min 20sec
12min 27sec. Tougher than it looks on paper.
6.08 minutes – my warm-up for the TSC

By the way Kathi, congratulations on that very impressive Sntch test number at the TSC – I bet that will place very high internationally.
Well I did this with Dena on vacation but we didn’t time ourselves, so I just repeated it again and time was 13 minutes 09 seconds.
One week late but 10 Minutes and 34 seconds

Sorry little late with the numbers for you. Inlaws disrupted last weeks routine. repeat of bodyweight 300 is 8:35 almost 5 min better than last time I’m happy.
12 min 52 secs. I am 54 years old, and must admit it almost killed me.
