I’m reviewing some serious tools to help you lose fat and get sexy in 2009. Here’s a great compliment to kettlebells and kettlebell training that you’ll quickly learn to love to hate:
Tool #2 Gym Boss Timer.
The Gym Boss Timer is the greatest invention in the workout world yet! It is the most evil, sinister little piece of electronic equipment that I have found. Perfect for delivering beatdowns!
The Gym Boss Timer is a digital countdown timer that you can set both WORK and REST intervals to the second. It also counts rounds or intervals for you so you never lose track of where you are. It was originally designed for Tabata intervals which are :20 work / :10 rest. You can do so much more with it…the possibilities and timing options are endless.
The Gym Boss Timer destroys its competition like Everlast and Ringside. It’s small, has a clip on it for attachment to gym shorts or a watch and is only $19.99 compared to most timers that start at $120. The Gym Boss Timer also blows away a wrist watch or a stop watch which neither actually count the rounds and most do not have the dual timer.
One last thing…I contacted Gary at Gym Boss to offer a couple of suggestions and he let me in on a little secret: they have improved the bell to be LOUDER and also are
working on a digital timer for boot camp instructors that is bigger and
louder but comes in at a lower price point than their competitors. For my boot camp crew, they will get to experience this first hand. For the kids at home, you’ll have to plan a trip to the great state of Minnesota to experience it for yourself. I love my world!
All the way around, the Gym Boss Timer rules! Click here to buy yours.

Welcome to the Beatdown!

The most important consideration in buying home exercise Gym Equipment is to select a long-lasting, well-built unit. Any breakage has the potential to lead to serious injury. Be sure it has an aluminum or steel support cover.
Sorry Brynner, you have been flagged for a 15 yard mis-use of a blog comment. Brad Nelson and http://www.bradrants.com are are ANTI-Treadmill. Treadmills promote laziness. We are all about being UN-PLUGGED when it comes to cardio.
Opt for Mountain Climbers and Burpees instead…they turn your body into a “steel supporting” machine.
