I think Nitro needs some tighter shorts. Eeeek. Matching head band and wrist bands are a nice touch though.
The scary part is that I have seen people do warm ups that are not that far off from this.

Nitro has been hanging out on a lot of Military bases some how, because he sadly just described the sorry state of military PT. All he needs now is head nods, opps i mean push ups, and spine wrechers or as you civilians call them “sit ups”, plus a pointless 7 mile run.
Mike- you are correct. Nitro is “that guy”.
Adam- sadly my friend, I watched some military “recruits” yesterday in the parking lot performing their version of calisthenics. They would not make it 15 minutes in my Gauntlet class.
